SHIPPING
$5-10 fee US shipping on all orders. The receiver is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
DELIVERY
- Made to order & custom orders come with a 2 week turnaround.
- In-stock items are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 days. If for any reason this has changed we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, these can sometimes be filtered as spam so please check that folder too.
Orders above $60 will be sent with 48h tracked mail and you’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email.
Please ensure to double check that your address details are correct before submitting your order. If you wish to change your address, please email blissed.blends@gmail.com and we will amend it for you. If the wrong address is given and the items have already been dispatched we cannot be liable for a refund or pay for additional postage costs.

All epoxy resin products are authentically handmade. It may not be 100% because in the curing process the resin does its own magic so objects may shift but thats what makes your personalized handmade piece one of a kind!
If you dislike or the product isn;t to your expectations please return the product to the correct address (insert here) and email reason for your complaint. After that we ask for a deposit of $20 to redo the piece, and it will take 3-8 business days depending on the size of item. We do our best ensure high quality products and that it meets your expectations!
RETURN'S POLICY
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on your orders when approved.
For any queries on your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery; and return items back within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at blissed.blends@gmail.com.
Due to costly materials used, I do not accept cancellations on custom and made-to-order pieces.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
